Programme Overview

The Junior Leaders Programme is a youth military-style training initiative focused on building confidence, teamwork, and resilience through hands-on experience. Whether it’s outdoor survival skills, leadership training, or public service values, Junior Leaders come away prepared for success — in the programme, at school, and beyond.

What You’ll Gain

Eligibility & How to Join

Open to young people aged 12–18 in Bermuda. Here’s what happens after you apply:

    Apply online

    Complete the enrollment form at /join — registration details, a short medical questionnaire, and parent/guardian consent, all in one place.

  2. 2

    Interview

    Once your application is in, we’ll be in touch to schedule a short interview with programme leadership.

  3. 3

    Code of Conduct

    Junior Leaders and parents/guardians review and agree to the standards expected of everyone in the programme.

  4. 4

    Start training

    Once everything’s confirmed, you’re in — wear sports-style clothing until your uniform is issued.
